Well I'd say congrats ... it's nice when that happens. You get to have a love affair with another guitar. You'll come back to your baby again ... your hands just want something different for a while.

Hey Dubai! Still got that Silo mate......was gonna keep, looking to sell now as have located a new baby Silo with a Floyd!......

Can do you a decent price ;o)

You mention your Sub.....I had a gig a while back where I left my Petrucci at home and just packed my Sub which was back-up......got there, called myself a few names for leaving the Petrucci a hundred miles away....and used the Sub - my god, what a great sounding guitar! Will get another one of those at some point....

I would love my Axis a bit more with a regular MM C shape neck. That's why I want to try a Reflex. I dont know why but it feels like Im reaching around farther to get to the low strings.

I've been really attached to my Silo Special lately. I just love it - fits like a glove. It is the most comfortable guitar I own. The neck, the body, the tones. As much as I love the sounds I get out of my AL MM90 and 20th Silo, I spend the most time with the Silo Special. If there was one thing I could change on the 20th, I would give it a 22 fret neck like Silo Special. That would be awesome.

I agree with you all the way around. I've been in love with my Silo Special ever since I got it. The 20th Silo is a brilliant guitar, but I too would personally prefer the 22 frets and the neck humbucker further away from the bridge. I'm still waiting on a BFR Silo Special...but I am looking into the AL HH as an alternative at the moment.

Now my head is scrambled. Just got back from a gig and played the ASS. It was astounding!

So I will have to live with the fact I have 3 amazing guitars.

I must also say my Engl Blackmore head is a great match for my beasts. Tone to die for.
