This is the Albert Lee MM90 (used) that my wife bought me for our 20th wedding anniversary I mentioned in a thread about a week ago.
What color is it?
I don't see this color on the AL color charts....
BTW the headstock is unpainted and the neck needs cleaning....

Thanks for the welcome.
Is Ice Blue a common AL color?
I have never seen another.
BTW it sounds great, even with crappy old strings.
I just got home from the airport and I have handled it about 40 minutes.

Ice Blue was only offered last year (2009). It's been discontinued unfortuntely.

Congrats man, the AL with MM90;s is a great guitar.

The guy that owned it claimed that it was some sort of promotional item and This guitar was the only one this color without a painted headstock.
I assumed that was BS trying to sell me on the guitar though.

yes, b.s.

however it is possible that it is the only one of its kind.
though I really doubt he'd have that information.

That's a really nice looking AL. Ice Blue was a very classy color. I saw one once on a Luke in person, but by the time I realized how sweet it was the color was deleted from the line-up.

Here is another pic.
I can't find Tru-Oil or the wax in a city with a gun store on every corner.
Thank God for amazon

I have played it some more today. It really doesn't sound like I expected. With the P-90s, I thought it would have a little LP junior flavor but it really has this fat chime thing going. I think this is the best sounding guitar I have ever held (and I have owned tons, vintage and new). Wow.
I think it needs white P-90 covers however.....
I am still king of the Ice Blue AL MM90s:D
