Thanks Glenn. Did you use Guitar Jones covers?

Nope, I had sent it back for repair work, when the tech called me to ask how I wanted sent up, I inquired whether he could change the pup cover, mine were black as well.

Try calling EBMM CS tomorrow, maybe they can hook you up.

New Albert Lee MM90 (African Mahogany Body and Rosewood Neck)

Hey, just picked up one of the new Albert Lee MM90 models with an african Mahogany body and the all rosewood neck (very similar to the Albert Lee HH) and I gotta say that this guitar rocks. Like all MM guitars the neck feels amazing. We have two other Albert Lee guitars (SSS and MM90) with birds eye maple necks and I think I like the all rosewood neck slightly better. It has a very smooth feel. The guitar is surprisingly very light for mahogany. The sound of this guitar can go from slightly dark, smooth bluesy kind of thing in the out of phase positions to a warm rockin' bight in the bridge, middle, and neck pup. Anyway, I'll post a video review here pretty quick.

That is the only ice blue I've ever seen, very nice. I sold an ice blue Luke recently and it was a really nice colour.

Congrats on your beautifiul AL...ice blue is one of the more uncommon colours, yours is the first one I've seen! Looks great!
If you can't find white pu covers, I would at least go for black knobs.
Plus, I would probably consider a new pickguard just to give it a little twist, I remember there was a crazy blue swirl one that looked fab with ice blue.

White covers would look great on that one. The only other guitar I've seen in that color is a Petrucci. That one looked really good too.

Ice Blue was only offered last year (2009). It's been discontinued unfortuntely.

Congrats man, the AL with MM90;s is a great guitar.

On the tone pot there is a sticker that has a date of Nov. 2008 FWIW.

No, didn't mean abalone...but it looks great, too!
The colour I meant was called "blue swirl", one of the pg colours introduced in 2008 and discontinued in '09...there was a light blue pearloid one too most commonly seen with the ice blue finish.

Found a pic of an ice blue Sterling with the blue swirl pg (pic courtesy of Bass Central):
