Holy smokes....I wasn't really all that into the black sugar thing -- I was in love with the roasted necks from the second I saw them, but the black sugar color didn't really grab me. OK, I'm sold. That Silo is beautiful. I love the color, I love the combo of the ebony board with the roasted headstock. Drop Dead Sexy!

That Silo Spec is just lovely! Those actually are the first pics where I can really see the "sugar" in black sugar. Doesn't make the wait any easier (but so much more fun...)!

Very nice! I hope to try one out at some point. I am really curious to hear the difference in tone with those necks. Hopefully we will see more in the future with other colors as well. I think black Pearl guard would be perfect for that SS.

So far I can only imagine what the Black Suger will look like on a dark stage with lights and the gold sparkle. The Luke looks iconic!

I totally agree about the finish. I was felling a bit bummed out as on most bass pics it looked practically like a plain black finish, then figured it just was one of those finishes that do not photo well. But I felt better when Keith said you have to see it in person, which he has and he knows what he is talking about. Now this picture is one that captures the finish good and I totally dig it. I am just a bit confused how they are coming out a few out a time, I would of figured GC would of been the first ones to get shipments.
