Wow! What an incredible show. After seeing hundreds of great concerts since the mid-80s, I would have to honestly say that this was the best of all them. Simply amazing sounds, effects, images and messages. The show will take your mind on a journey.

Definitely check it out if you are even a casual Pink Floyd fan.

I went to the LA show in 1980, I was 12 years old and it was a life changing event for sure!!

I'm on the fence about this one. He'll play the Netherlands in April or May. I'm a HUGE Floyd fan, The Wall's ComfNumb being my favorite track of all time. But I always have been and always will be a Gilmour-fan. Not to take anything away from the brilliance that is Waters, but seeing the Wall and ComfNumb live but not with Gilmour...I'm not sure yet. I'm sure the show itself kicks ass though!

Marty, get off the fence and buy a damn ticket! It's not even about the players (although they were all great), the concert was just an awesome experience. Literally mind blowing.

I have seen Floyd 2x and Waters solo in 2000. They were all great shows, but this one just connected on a different level all together.

I concur; saw Waters in 00 and it was pristine. Snowy White's Vox blew mid-way through the time solo effectively ruining the song..they kept going whilst it was changed out..lot's of good spirited booing ensued :).. The Wall was seminal and Waters is one in a million. If you haven't been to a Waters concert, do yourself a massive favour whilst you still can.

Texas Finally!
I think he should have had Jamie Humphreys playing on the tour.

Now theres a damn smart idea, Jamie would have nailed it and both Brits, damn shame, but have to admit the dude playing with Waters is very good.
I am though a huge Gilmour fan:)

Glad you had a great time Paranoid. Their really has to be really serious bad blood between those two. Especially when you think of all the money that would be on the table for them to play together again.

I think they're mellowing out now. It's been widely reported that Gilmour will play at one of the Wall shows, for Comfortably Numb, as a return for Roger playing with David at a charity gig.

I just think now, they prefer to work on their own things in their own way.

Now Gilmour, with an Albert Lee....

That would be something else!

No way, Gilmour playing with Waters, really? After Wright passing away I thought I would never ever see that again after Live8. Good for them, I can't imagine being estranged with someone I shared a BIG part of my life with.

That's the rumour. But they definitely did the charity gig earlier in the year.

Thinking about it, Gilmour would probably do well with an ASS Goldtop, with MM90's. Someone needs to get onto Phil Taylor!!!

I've got a ticket for one of the London gigs next year, but by the look of the seating plan, I may actually be sitting on top of the wall!

Maybe time for ebay ticket swappsies?

I don't know man, if you catch the Gilmour-show he'll be right on top of the wall with you for ComfNumb. I would just bring a crash-helmet and take my chances :D

Fair point. Perhaps I could shake his hand just after he's finished?:D

I caught this tour about a month ago, great show. I also saw Gilmour do ComfNumb with Floyd a while back, both were excellent, seriously no reason to miss it. If for any reason see how good this guy playing with Waters is. He did a great job on that solo.
