My wife thinks I'm weird that I named my Balls. I used to have only one Steve Morse model, so it was just "the Ernie Ball" or "the Music Man."

Now that I have two Morse's I named them. Since they are twins I naturally gave them the names of two famous twins. Mary Kate and Ashley.

Ashley - Steve Morse Standard with fixed bridge. Vintage Sunburst.
Mary Kate - Steve Morse Standard with Floyd. Morse Blueburst.

So, anyone else name their Balls?

I think naming guitars with human names is pretty silly since it has nothing to do with a guitar...no offense guys. But I do refer to them by the model name or by the color, ie the blue guitar and my Y2D sometimes Purple Monster (thats pretty silly I know but it is purple and it is a tone monster).

any you wonder why nobody wants to trade you for your guitar... I seriously hope you wash your hands before you play that BFR...

and by bonding I mean being able to write new music with it. I pick up some guitars and all I can do is regurgitate stuff I already know. Others, I sit down with and instantly come up with new material.

My DDII have no name yet. I don't think it'll be neccessary until I get my second Ball. I'm open to suggestions though, haha :p
