as some of you know, ive been pretty down in the dumps lately since my gamechanger was stolen by 2 juvenile delinquents and a real smooth talkin snake oil salesman, video crime team that travel around together , scamming unsuspecting top regional bass pros out of rare custom prototypes. theyre like a pack of gypsy wolves, if wolves traveled by personal jet, and took you out for appetizers, just to get your guard down. the bright side to this personal hell, is that over the last week, my big al 5 (who i call "bongowood"), has been absolutely ripping my face off. bongowood's really stepped up to the plate and for a few moments (here and there) i almost forget about the home invasion / burglary. the ring leader also stole some of my stolen breath mints on his way out. it doesnt get lower than that. he'll get his someday.

I was told that they found you not worthy so they gave that bass to Yngwie Malmsteen instead. He´s scalloped the fretboard and has played many more notes during one hour than you managed during several weeks. Now THAT´s what I call musicianship. ;)

P.S. Only kidding. You´re the man. D.S.

I am so happy for you Craig.

I think I am, too, unless I'm not supposed to be happy for you, in which case I'm not, and also swear my allegiance and will join the roving band of reasonably violent Nashville hipster musicians and walk the earth in search of the people who, um, took your breath mints.

Sounds like there's a country song in there somewhere... ;)

Drew took the breath mints because he became painfully aware during the set up for the video that you were not using them We had to stop a a CVS to get some Afrosheen for his nose hairs after adjusting your lapel mike. He did not want the mints to go to waste.
