Nice job Henry. Those fights are horrible to live through but when you come out on the right end - always worth it. Good work. :)

I am just wondering - I got an Earvanna nut back in 2003.
EB started putting theirs on in 2005. Does this mean that EB patented the idea way before they introduced then to their range?

that's awesome BP... it's so awesome to look at the back history... just goes to show that EB and company are really way ahead of the game when it comes to their forward thinking...

just makes me stop and think when the heck did you guys started working on the game changer... (no need for an answer) but still very awesome to see you guys as the front runners.

I always thought Earvanas newest nut design looked just like the EBMM one. Too bad their old style one is as ugly as sin.

No need to worry BP, we can just subtlly circle it back. You never know, the GC may mean a little work down the road for WD (hopefully not, because I personally hate litigation!) But the more successful products are. . . . . . .

I'll be honest, my AL MM90 sounds much more in tune that my other guitars.
I would like to retrofit that nut to my other guitars. Will EBMM sell these over the counter?
To be honest, with this nut and the upcoming gamechanger, EBMM will be selling the first real innovation in quite a few years. On "non-gimmick" guitars no less....

I noticed on earvana's site that they sell a "compensated" Floyd rose style locking nut. Does the judgment in the case affect this one as well?
