I have jp6 guitar. When replacing strings of my guitar out of this piece.

CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They're great and will be able to help you out

EDIT: Is that a screw or a piece of the saddle?

if it's a height screw just put it back in to the correct height if it's a piece of the saddle call customer service

Yes, part of the saddle, touched the bridge of the guitar strings
I sent an e-mail customer service...

I think sticking

Others attached, but it consistently falls...

yeah with NAMM being this weekend don't get discouraged if you don't hear from them until Monday (Holiday) or Tuesday
