Well it depends on who is being ripped off as far as liking litigation, the funny thing is BP states the actions and words originated on their side so they got what they deserved. Very nice work Henry, I really dont get the lawyer guitar connections but 3 of mine all play and one has a band that is made up of nothing but lawyers. Come to think of it maybe subconciously that is why I have my oldest son working on his degree to try and recoupe some of the scratch on all the guitars I paid for you guys lol.

After that we went to trial for damages and a permanent injunction preventing Earvana from futher using the infringing technology.

This is a clear sign that BP is more keen on keeping the technology in-house, rather than being money hungry and pushing for royalties. Or is there something I missed?

Earvana is still selling the CN on their website. I stumbled across it doing a Google search. I just thought maybe Wonderdog would want to know. I just noticed that the person who claims to have thought of this up is from Paso Robles, California ? Thats like a stones throw from SLO. If I'm crossing the line here please delete.
