Question Case Candy

I keep seeing pics of people with their new basses and they always have a bag full of case candy. The three basses that I have, none of them came with anything other than the keys. They were all bought new from GC.

What all comes in there and would it be possible to get a few?

It's usually some EB.stickers and Wonder Wipes samples.

Case candy are "items" determined in the transaction (not necessarily from the maker). e.g., if I were to buy a guitar (which I've bought numerous) depending on the dealer and the price I got on the guitar, I would ask them to include:

1. original case (I say this because the price I usually get may be too low to include it) lol,lol,lol
2. Strings (Super Slinkys of course)
3. Monster cable (at this point I have overpaid for the guitar, catch my drift; but this may be in my design)

Everything is relative to the amount of profit the dealer is willing to be content with. Besides, bartering is half the fun!!

I wasn't talking about extra stuff. I was referring to the little baggy that has the EB stuff in it. I see it in a lot of pics of people showing their new basses. None of mine have ever came with one.

No, I never had one of those "little baggies" come with any EBMM instruments I've bought. Perhaps the dealers may pluck those out if not necessary to compel a sale.

Aziah said in March that the case candy was added "about a year ago." So, March-ish of 2010. Your sig has your 25th with a DOB of November, 2009.

The three basses I bought from Bass Central over the last three years all have had the EBMM Stickers and polish cloth. The one I just bought from the Music Zoo just had stickers and wonder wipes but were in a sealed plastic package. So I don't know if any of these are direct from MM or from the dealer.
