I love this behind the scenes stuff. It's really nice to see all the hard work that goes into these.

I remember seeing and enjoying so much from the open house. These are great.
Also I love the Morse soundtrack!

Wow! It really is amazing, when you think of the complexity in organising the work flow through that factory - , all the different body, neck and fingerboard woods, the different models, body shapes and neck shapes, 4, 5, 6 & 7 string. I'm also amazed at just how much hand working and finishing is involved. Thanks so much!

Very cool BP - Is it wrong I have it on permanant replay ??? - - The +/- 10k - that drew keeps mentioning - what is that ??? is it like a benchmark std that you have to adhere to?

Great footage, love it.

I actually appreciate the staff allowing us to see them work. Unphased by the cameras, thanks folks!

One thing though, Drew is wearing my T-shirt, I don't recall him asking :)

Many people put a lot of effort into everything we do (especially you, BP!), and it is hard to wrap it up in 10 minutes of video, but I think these vids give a pretty cool behind the scenes look! Glad you all enjoy them!

Very nice videos Drew.

I especially liked the second one - towards the end - the guy with the air line - quite clearly he was pumping in the "New Guitar Smell" lol

Ten thousands of an inch, I assume, which is 0.25 mm. Pretty tight!

1 inch = 25.4mm so it would be 0.00254mm
And 0.25mm is already pretty thin...

When was the video shot? I saw DD 2 necks and the 25th was produced in the video when I listened right.
It was very interesting, cool video.
