Nice! I'm still in love with DiMarzio, but those Suhr we'll be considerated when I build myself a Warmoth Strat =)

looks awesome man! You gave me and idea for my Sihlouette!
Great post! Thank you for finnaly telling me what is that knob (the Ntune). Was looking for it a while now!
always wanted to hear a Luke with Passive pickups!!!
Cool stuff the white pups look fantastic with that blue IMO.
Well, I'll post a video!
I have a Tremol-no on my JPX and it works perfectly. You can't lock it and take all the strings off, but I set it up floating in standard tuning then I can lock and tune down to drop C, drop B and even drop A without it letting go.
If you change string gauges it helps too, because you set it flat and lock it, change one string at a time and put the guitar in tune, then release the trem. If you're going up a gauge the trem will then stick up out of the body, so you tighten the springs in the back until the guitar is in tune and it should be flat.
Works great!
Cool guitar and great mods!
To be honest, I dont see the purpose of having the trem-no on the LUKE unless it had a recessed bridge. But go for it and see how it turns out. My perfect solution for that is to have a hardtail and a trem guitar.
I understand of course. But what is the reason for you installing the trem-no? You want to lock the bridge completely or what? because you can always tighten the trem claw and add springs. Unless you want to go from locked trem to floating on the fly?
Oh, and the Suhr pickups are pretty awesome! Highly recommended if you want to try something else at some point.
