I remember the Jeff Beck "Rebel Yella" Strats from the late 80s/early 90s. I thought those things were so cool.

I bet they sold four or five of those, too.

So I say, "Hot." Then again, I bought Heinz, so my opinion should be immediately suspect.

I don't know if I would like a yellow bass or not? Maybe as a pinstrip or a minor detail with certain colors but I don't think and all yellow bass would appeal to me.

Actually, I have seen transparent yellow basses, including MM basses and I do think they look good! I think I saw a transparent yellow Sterling 4H with a tort pick guard that looked absolutely killer. But straight yellow like a nanner, no thanks.

I'm seriously thinking: Hmmmm, I do have a RW necked Bongo that could easily be resprayed. Who knows, one day I might do a Jason, and just totally do what I feel like with at least one instrument.

yellow, hot as hell, but I'm betting it'd sell a lot less than, say, a green bass.

Yeah maple + white pearloid guard. Heck while I am dreaming I may as well throw in white neck binding and MOPloid blocks

Yellow Bongo, black PG... Mmmm. Maybe a hint of black around the outside edge of the body, like the Blue Dawn. That would look great in front of my MarkBass rig. Heck yeah.

rosewood necked bongo will have its natural headstock so it might just be the most perfect bass to do this to.. no headstock that needs repainting and new logos..

ideas.. ideas.. :D

The only 'Yellow' bass I have ever ached for was the Medallion Gold Bongo that I put off buying and then was sold when I came back for it!!!!

Love Medallion Gold!

Yellow sparkle! I am seriously considering letting Marty Bell spray one of these for me.
