I use nothing but Mogami. I do have a few Monster Rock and the Planet Waves Circuit Breaker cables around that are good as well but build wise I like Mogami. I use their Platinum line when I record but their gold line on everything else. I have also seen the fail rate of Mogami far less than other brands. Good Stuff!

Mogami Gold for me here.

I like George L's too. For my old rig I used a pedal snake from my pedal board to my rig, georgle L's between my pedals, and mogami gold cable from my board to my guitar. sonic integrity throughout!

Mogami golds for me - but I do use a Monster cable for my delay into the effects loop on my amp, and George L's on the pedal-board however replacing the G'L's is tops on my wish list for 2011...

When I worked in the music store last year, my colleagues who dealt with returns from customers said that Monster Cables were the absolute worst for reliability. I avoid them. Almost anything else is great! George L's are the name I haer most often on forums. A lot of people really like 'em.

If you make 'em correctly, George L's are great for sonic fidelity. If they're good enough for Eric Johnson, they're good enough for me. People's feelings about cables vary.

Some like EJ want cables that do nothing but transmit the signal as cleanly and transparently as possible. Other's like Mr. Morse and SRV have endorsed good "medium" quality cables to help filter out unwanted noise. It depends on personal preference. I loved George L's for wiring my pedal board. But I felt they were too thin and flimsy for my main guitar/rig cables seeing that I move quite a bit on stage.

George L's are the solderless connection type, which in my experience has been best. The Mogami gold and plat series have minnimal soldering but excellent quality. They haven't failed me yet.

I use Mogami Gold for all cables runnin' to and fro', except guitar, which I use Monster Rock. Yes, the Monster is not as reliable (but does have a lifetime warranty) which I have used, and I am "easy" on my gear.

The reason, you may ask, is that I did a cable test, i.e., an exact comparison of the two above aforementioned, and YES there was a difference! Not huge, but the Monster did in fact have more "punch", and made the tube sound healthier.

If there was not a difference I wouldn't be concerned.

I recently did a Divine Noise review for TGP. I liked it so much I ended up buying it (TGP policy does not let official reviewers accept free stuff). Great cable and cheaper than most premium stuff.

I've been an AxeFx guy for a couple years now but I had good results with George L's.

Bill Lawrence low capacitance cable. For solderless, I think it's the best stuff out there. And the price is tough to beat.

in my years of playing i've tried just about everything...
I've used the Monster Studio Pro 1000 - and it's just sitting in my cable box
I've gone to using Mogami and I can't be happier with my tone...
I use Mogami into my pedalboard and then everything on my board is lined with Lava Cables and then Mogami Cable to my amp...

Another vote for Mogami Gold from the guitar to the pedalboard (though Silver's are good, too) and George L's on the pedalboard.
