Weekend update!!!!

Hey everyone what is going on? it is 100 Degrees here in sunny Rhode Island , I believe that is 35 degrees celsius for outside the USA. So needless to say I really do not feel like doing much of anything this weekend its way too hot to be outside for any length of time so I think I will just go back and learn more form my Danny Gatton hot licks video.
How about all you Knuckleheads out there what are you up to this weekend?

Well, it's darn hot here in CNY too! Celebrating my 41st on Sunday and having a rehearsal with my new band on Saturday. The new band is kicking butt, can't wait to get some recordings so I can throw them up here for everyone to listen to. Happy weekend all!!!

Danny Gatton huh? One of my favs.

Just got back home after a weeks family holiday (15) of us in Dartmoor.

Played a bit of guitar since I got back and have to rehearse some new (cover) numbers.

Next week is week 2 of my hols - gonna paint the front of my house and finish a guitar set up I've been doing for a buddy.

Wow Gio you need to come to Tejas, then learn about HOT North east has had a few days, we have been going through months, 20+ days and counting 100+DegF and no rain brutal.

I got together with another guitarist tonight to break up our parts in 3 songs. Practiced for about an hour. Rehersal tomorrow morning then the buyer of my Cobra replica is coming to pick it up. Sunday, only one service. Then I have to start planning to buy another "fun" car. Oh....I'm using the refinished SBMM AX20.

Played a gig last night. Went pretty well. I had a tooth pulled earlier in the day (root canal gone wrong), so my singing likely suffered some (though friends there kindly said "not so"). Motocross race tomorrow.

It's been an absolutely beautiful day in Southern California. I went for a really long bike ride and just enjoyed every moment.

Last night we had a kick ass gig at a local dive we haven't played in years. We had a special guest vocalist who brought a huge crowd. It was a lot of fun.

Me and the band are at a recording studio working on a couple of tracks. We also played a metal showcase tonight and got some killer video with our new zoom vid recorder. We'll finish up guitar tracks tomorrow and do vocals hopefully. PS Mesa roadster sounds absolutely huge with the Jpx7.

We just got back from seeing Dream Theater, now with the utterly fabulous Mike Mangini, down in Englandshire.

Great gig; awesome playing, and loads of EBMM action.

Come to Australia. 45 ºC/113 ºF is not uncommon in summer and no one would think too much of it... well we would acknowledge it is hot, then ride our kangaroo to the beach and whack a shrimp on the bbq. Haha but we don't get the cold like you guys that's for sure.
