EBMM has annually spoiled us for the past several years with exciting new offerings in the way of limited edition instruments or runs. Heres a brief recap of the past few years.

2006 - Black and Gold
2007 - Blue Dawn, Dargie Delight I
2008 - Sequoia Gold, Rosewood Necks
2009 - Dargie Delight II
2010 - Roasted Maple

So, what is up for this year? Was the True Gold Luke this years LE? Did we miss it with the 19mm Stingray 5 (not trying to reopen that can of worms)? Will we see a DD3? Will future LEs come in the form of Premier Dealer Network instruments?

I'm curious because my wallet is itching and I haven't seen anything since the Roasteds that have peaked my interest.

Wild speculation (and request) An all white Ray ala homage to Larry Graham :) (not likely I know, maybe stick to my normal bleat for a graphite neck, my Ray is getting lonely!!)

Good times.

A 19mm SR5? Wow, these would sell by the bucket load. Hundreds will flock and buy one 'in a New York minute'.

:p

Oh hang on...

I'd love to see the entire BASS line in an natural finish, like the original, how cool would that poster look, starting with a classic Ray all the way to the game changer, (Bongo too)!

I think BP should borrow a page from the hoary old Detroit playbook and issue Limited Editions that are nothing more than a stock product with a cheesy decal package. Look! Bold New Graphics!

Like the "Indy 500 Official Pace Cars" that GM would bring out every year. Anyone here old enough to remember the "Olympic Edition" Fords in 1976?

We could have a "National Debt" edition with a digit at every fret position from 1 to 12... oh, wait, that's not enough.....

Maybe a vote can be taken on who has the most unique bass on the forum and that can be designated as the LE of the year. (Very limited - as in 1)

I'm not sure what kind of award goes with the title but I'm thinking that the honor itself would be enough!
