The wood is most likely Ash and it was sent to the Guitar Center in Clackamas, Oregon

This serial number does not come up in our data base. If this is a Pre-Ernie Ball Music Man, we will not have that info in our records. You can check musicmanbass.org to get an idea of when yours was made

That one works! DOB: 9/4/09 This was a Guitar Center exclusive model with the strings-thru-the body. The color is called Ice Blue.
