Ordered a Bongo 4H today. Sapphire black with black pearloid PG. Gonna be 3 months so I was told............ Almost took a great deal on a Roasted Black BFR SR4HS, but it weighed a ton. Too much for this old man!!!! Just gonna have to wait it out.

Did you ever play a Bongo H? You will be surprised (in a positive way) how different (not better!) it is from a Bongo HH.

Good choice.

Good luck with the wait! I am also waiting for a Stingray I ordered a couple months back. Super excited to get the bass!

... Every Bongo owner should also own an H Bongo.

I'm watching for an Hp... but they are like unicorns... almost mythical beasts.

J Romano... congratulations on ordering the Bongo of your dreams. Now you have another reason to look forward to The New Year: January 2012 NBD... New BONGO Day!

My first Bongo that I bought was a Bongo 4HH Dargies Delight II. Then the the BFR Roasted necks came out with their order window so I ordered a BFR Roasted Neck Bongo 4H to see how it compared to the 4HH. I love both. Both are different but also have similarities. I am also really glad too that on the BFR Roasted Neck, I went with the 4H. It is my understanding that only me and 1 other person ordered a BFR Roasted Neck in that configuration of a Bongo 4H. Now if I could just find a sweet deal on the all so elusive Original Dargies Delight Bongo 4H then I would be one extremely happy camper!

Check the sig. No, it's not for sale.

:p

I see that they exist in other player's sigs... but I'm trying to find one to put in My SIG :D

I regularly search for "new" 5Hp or Hp Bongos and never seem to find any listings. It almost seems that a special order is the only way to secure one. I'm considering that... just waiting to see the next "striking" color that becomes available.
