Yes!

At last, my debate between the Axxis and the Petrucci has been solved, and I now can welcome my second Ball to the family...

A gorgeous MM Silhouette Special...

Trans green with a 100% rosewood neck which just felt amazingly well in my hands. I saw it in gc Manhattan and couldn't find it anywhere else. All others were normal Silho necks, but no 100% rosewood.

3 single coils, which are amazing and made me feel like I was playing a million dollar strat...

Never thought of buying one of these Silho, but the connection between man and guitar has spoken loud and clear.

It is a great sis to the Y2D.

When I return to my country I'll post pics :)

MM rules soooo much

Trans green with full rosewood neck...?! Fantastic! I've never ever seen one like that.
Huge congrats! :)

We're all looking forward to the pics of course...;)

Nice! I played that guitar in the NY Guitar Center myself. Awesome guitar! Color is really nice and the all rosewood neck is just so sweet sounding and feeling as well. I did cut my hand on it though, as the selector did not have the tip on it!

haha!!

Wow, world is a tiny place indeed, huh!

Yup, it didn´t had the tip, so they took it off of an Albert Lee and gave it to me "fully equipped" :)

I changed the strings today, and got it with a nice set of EB 0.10´s. It is sounding badass!

Yea, if I had the money I would have bought that one. That dark chocolate rosewood neck on that one is specifically awesome. It is advertised on there because they may still have some at other GC throughout the US. It is a limited GC model...you're lucky to have that one man! And I agree...10s are the way to go!

My thoughts exactly on the neck...I never thought about buying a Silho, but it just felt so sweet I was drooling and smiling after like 2 minutes of playing...and that doesn´t happen with every guitar :)

My exact same feelings!

Kinda late reply but I saw you post about this somewhere else... I played that very same guitar back in August. Easily my favorite guitar in the store, even the other MMs (though the JPXI7 was cool too). Congratulations on such a beautiful guitar. If you ever decide to part with it (which I hope you don't), send me a PM ;) . Try to do that in 10 years time when I have the money :p
