WOW. Have I told you that I love those 25th SR5s? Also, that funny looking bass is kind of cool.

I have developed good taste in choice MM basses by being in this forum. Thank you!!
Now, I just need a trans crimson Big Al with all rosewood neck. Made from unobtainium.

That Stingray is the best, what a score on that guy. I was playing my Sterling HH today & the pickup switch CRUSHES any blend, button pickup for versatility. Any tone any time, so fun. The Bongo I have is surprisingly less versatile but awesome in its own right. ENJOY!

Nice basses! My 20th SR5 HH is on my "don't ever be stupid and get rid of this bass" list... only 3 basses i've ever owned have made the list, and as coincedence would have it, my Dargie 2.0 Bongo made that list too... Hmmm...
Congrats on the bonus and it looks like a Very Merry Christmas to you! :)

Calling it a 25th anniversary SR wasn't a freudian slip of insider info, was it Jack?!?

Thanks to this thread and some prodding by friends, I broke out my (somewhat dusty!) 20th SR5 Friday night and am back in love. For a while, I have put away the Bongos and Big Als and the 25th and am going to concentrate on being a "Stingray 5 guy" once again.

I can only imagine what that would look like in other colors. not that the red isn't just all that, but I like to think of the possibilities...
