I finally got to meet the legend, Albert Lee! What a thrill this was. He was so soft spoken and courteous.
I was also thrilled to see some of my work on the 50th Anniversary wall of artwork, "Milk and Cookies" ad and the "Axe" ad. This is a huge wall of which I included a shot with people as a size reference. I'll try and get some more shots of the actual EB booth in tomorrow.

I do have a few more pictures that I'll be posting. I will snap away at the booth today. I've tried to stay out of the way of EB because afterall, they are doing business. I'm excited for tonight…ahem, somebody got a golden ticket for the 50th bash.

Reporting live from the event…today is bar none CRAZY BUSY. Tons of artists signing throughout the venue and Los lobos are rocking out at an accordion booth. EB booth is squeezing room only. Walked over to Mr. Morse and Started chit chatting about his guitars and he was EXTREMELY attentive and was telling me about his unique pickup setup and how he lowers the single coils and rolls off the volume for nice clean tone. It was surreal to say the least. I have some shots I'll upload later, for sure. Stay tuned fellas.

Here's a few more photos to check out. I have more but I'm getting ready for the drive home. I'll be posting later.

I also made an audio recording of me just walking around the venue to illustrate just how loud things are and how you hear nothing but soundbites of people playing some sort of instrument, all overlapping each other, constantly. I'll try and post that tonight.

I see that you are having a blast Mario and the graphic work is off the hook! If I could have the choice to hang with one EB artist it would definitely be Albert Lee. Great photo to have framed up on the wall! I always had the vibe that he is as down to earth and humble as could be and his chops are frightning lol.

Thanks guys for the well wishes and comments on my artwork.
The 50th as you all have heard was a real mind blower. I feel extremely fortunate to have been part of that event. I got to meet Joe Bonamassa as well after the show and, as well, was a true gentleman. Man, what a rocking NAMM it was this year!

How about the new SBMM lineup? crazy good stuff and the SUB series is going to surprise people on how good it is.
