Just trying to do my part and get some knuckleheads across the globe craving some new stuff

Pete, I didn't mean to sound rude in any way (just in case you took it that way...)!
Your photpsopped Y2D looks just awesome and surely is a great help for everybody who's considering to get one (me included!).

Any chance you get around to photoshopping the back as well?

Don't worry, I didn't take it as rude! I did it so that you and other knucks get a massive GAS attack and call your premier dealers to order one. I haven't done the back and wasn't really planning on it but you never know (poplar grain will look very different from mahogany).

Looks a little more cherry than honey burst, and the grain sure isn't mahogany, but it gets the idea across...

What kind of a question is that? You expect and American made high end guitar on par with custom boutique manufacturers to be like $1K???

I cannot attest to the custom boutique manufactured guitars because I don't own one. I'm sorry, not all of us are rolling in dough so that a 2 grand guitar seems inexpensive.

EDIT: by the way, I was referring to guitar **** in general.

Trust me, I'm nowhere near rolling in dough...if I was I would have ordered this guitar already, but unfortunately I cannot. I'm just confused as to why you would think that it should cost less?

I never said it should cost less. I've never played one. I have no idea if it should cost less. But you have to admit, signature models are frequently more expensive than they should be.

It's probably a much better value than a JEM, but again, I've never played one.
