I was super busy this past month, & spent the last few days of it at a conference.
It totally slipped my mind that the PDN deal was only for April.

You think the opportunity will pop back up again?
Kind of bummed about this.

On a side note, (& u think this would've helped me remember), I went to see the San Antonio Spurs this past Sunday (where my conference was held), and they had a guitar player open up with the National Anthem playing a beautiful black Albert Lee HH!
Oh man, it sounded soooo good.

Thanks,

Considering it was a limited edition guitar, I highly doubt you'll be able to order this guitar from the factory any more - ever.
A lot of guitar-stores will most likely have stocked up on them though so if you check out your local guitar-stores you'll probably find that they will have ordered a bunch of Honey Burst guitars in various setups :)

What are you looking to purchase? A lot of dealers have ordered extra stock for this type of situation.

Silhouette Special.
Don't know if it would've been an option, but I would've ordered black pickups because I like the way they'd look with the white pickguard & honey burst finish; nice contrast.
But I'd take it either way.

I would be curious to see how many PDN's were ordered on this run, and in what configurations. I always like that kind of data.
I got my order in and must endure the months ahead but I know it will be worth it come late August. I can't wait to get my hands on that neck and the SS frets sold me. I love 'em!

I LOVE that kind of data. They posted that data for the Dargie Delight I but never did so for the Dargie Delight II which was kind of a shame :/ Nor has there been any data regarding the Black Sugar Limited Run last year. Personally I'd love to see how many were sold and in what configuration for DDII, as well as the Black Sugar and the Honey Roasted.

We probably won't release numbers but I can say that a couple of stores have a Silhouette Special HSS Trem on order in this package. I'll PM details.

Not looking to question your way of running the business but I'm curious, what is the reasoning behind the choice of not releasing it? Is it just because "you don't want to" or is there a specific reason?

Aside from the original Dargie Delight and when EBMM sells instruments that are marketed as 1 of ___ EB never makes their production numbers public. It is a privately held company and they choose to not release that information. That's one of the benfits of owning your own company, you are in control of what information you release. You could probably compare it to how most people won't publicly share/volunteer how much their annual income is, or what their personal hygiene schedule is, or how many cups of coffee they can have before they need to take a break for #2, etc etc

Alright, so it's more of a "we don't want to do that" -kind of thing.
Cheers for the reply. Of course that is completely up to them as it's their choice!
