Best bands from the last few years?!

Okay I must be the only one but The Black Keys??? Samey, whiny, samey. What am I missing? I've listened to all of Brothers and all of El Camino and its just the same thing over and over. I don't get the hype.

Give me High On Fire and Buried Sleeper any day....but thats just me...

So subjective......music, like beauty, is so much in the eye of the beholder. But if your looking for some new/good music here are a few bands I enjoy; Portugal, The Man.....The Gaslight Anthem.........Frank Turner......Rise Against!......Lucero.....St. Vincent.....Amos Lee......Xavier Rudd....Mariachi El Bronx....The North Mississippi Allstars and Thrice(rip).

I just heard their cover of Dylan's "Ballad of Hollis Brown" this morning (on the Amnesty Internation CD) -- good stuff, man.
