Thanks knucklehead brethren for the props and ahem "offers" but this looks like it's going to be my number one.
I hate to say it but I'm pretty sure TPB was the only store who ordered any other Relexes for stock, he only list the two HSS as open.
Having a 25th HSS I can only say it's also a killer bass configuration. I know the bridge pup throws people but it's a whole new tonal palette and when combined with ether or both singles you can get some familiar MM tones. And then of course those singles, hit the passive button and it's " P who?" Just giving some insight in case any one is overlooking them.
Thanks again. Rick

Landline- you are the man, I'm trying my ass off to find one... Anybody from EBMM care to comment? Do any more of these exist?

Sorry for your bad news, tunaman.

The value of Laneline's Honey Roasted Reflex just doubled.

Did I mention that is a killer bass?

I just can't believe it, only 1. The BEST bass EBMM makes. After seeing the pics I was 100% convinced & even talked to my wife about making calls to purchase one today. She even gave me the green light

To know 1 was made, ONE! Vs many Bongos, Sterlings, Stingray... I'm just shocked

The OP is a lucky bastard! Congrats & think of me first if you sell ha ha!

Look at this ad... Honestly it does not sell these instruments as much as the OPs pics. Its not even close.

Just wow, they over delivered in a huge way. They could have easily sold more

Who knew they would come out THIS good based on this ad? Just a fantastic bass OP, lucky dog

That's why we were willing to sell our firstborn to get in the ordering window. :D

I'm pretty sure I've said this, but I think this is probably the best Ltd EBMM have released. Probably because it was on ALL instruments, including the Bongo/Big Al/Reflex.

Imagine if they did a Reflex Gamechanger 5 HH in that finish?! That would literally be the most cool looking swiss army bass knife!

Tuna,
I agree with you. That ad didn't do any justice to the finished product. The pics that I've seen in recent days would have pushed many to order I think. Unfortunately I am poor these days, and no ad would have been able to sway my wife :)

Jlepre-
You know, I feel kinda let down, I gotta be honest.

1st the AD didn't represent the finished product
2nd limited edition- 0 available. Honestly they made ONE Reflex HH5 already sold.
3rd- After seeing that how can I buy a regular one ?

Free country, they can do what they want but personally I just feel stuck. I woke up today thinking that looks great! I'm getting one and I can't go back to the regular editions!

Props for the great work, that bass is just sick

Yes...I'll agree that the photos in the original ad, not to mention the Western-themed background image, did not do justice to the final product.

That said, I was completely sold just reading the bullet points. There are plenty of pictures you can find that show each of the items individually so, with a little imagination, you could kind of put them all together in your mind and imagine how great the end product was going to look.

The only thing that was never-before-seen was the gunstock oiled and waxed Roasted Maple neck. But, we've seen the pictures of the original roasted necks which look amazing and the ad did give you a glimpse of it - even if it was small and low-res. It was enough to whet the appetite in my opinion. In my mind, I was imagining the look of a beautifully figured cello neck. I realize the tint is different between a cello and the roasted necks but the general idea is the same.

Whatever, I'm just upset...
A beauty of a bass & I got no shot at it and the "regular" Reflex colors aren't my cup of tea, sour apples if you wish.
Someone let me know when this happens again, until then I'll roll with what I already own
