Switching The Switch

Is it possible to change the 3-way pickup selector switch positions on a JP-6 BFR? It's tricky to go from the bridge to position 2 in the middle of a song. 2-1-3 would actually be ideal. The tech I talked to in Tampa's G.C. said it's not as simple as just moving wires, like a Strat switch. Thanx Gang.

better get used to the regular switch why is it tricky to switc from pos 2 to 3?

@threeminutesboy- I tend to overshoot when switching from pos. 3 to pos. 2. I seldom ever (intend to) use the neck pickup alone.
