Good to "see" you too Spud. Silo or Silo Spec?

The Pedalmonsters Klone sounds interesting, loving my new Lazy J Cruiser pedal... the guy who builds them apparently took a Klon and improved it. Not sure how much is hype but I love it!

My wife bought me a PedalMonsters Klon... i got to pick it up yesterday and set it up on my board... it sounds soooo great with my Silo Special and Dr Z... it's a whole new world (to quote Aladdin) and i couldn't be any more satisfied with the way it compliments my silo special

That sounds like a hell of a set up - a mate has a Z and it sounds awesome.
A mate of mine has developed an amp and will be selling it commercially (in small numbers in the new year) It's been fun watching / hearing his development. The 18 watt sounds and looks awesome in a retro 30's style metal amp case - Louvres/curves/plexi glass it really is a looker !!

Silo special - HsH/Piezo/Trem and Gamechanger - in black please lol. Now that would make my Xmas.
Maybe you could post a sound clip in the future ?

Hi Stray - Merry Christmas to ya, and Musikero - ha I know what you mean.
Just been for a family meal and my Nephew was there - in the Armed forces - done 2 stints in Afghan - he really is like a big kid - watching/listening to him this afternoon was so funny - he is just a big kid and a softie!
Hey Musickero - always love yer clips on you tube - love your picking style - you ought to post a picking lesson to give us mere mortals an insight lol

Yeah, a silo spec is cooler...I leave 24 fretters to the kids :)

Will post some clips of the Cruiser if I can work out how...in the meantime I'll have to post an updated rig photo soon.

Merry Christmas everyone! Thanks for welcoming me into the fold this year, a very friendly bunch you are:)

Best thing that happened to me in 2012 was discovering the AL HH after many years with Axis and JP6 guitars. The AL has blown me away. Best guitar I've ever played bar none.

Cheers guys, this round is on me!

Hi Simon...good to hear this as I was an Axis man for years too. Will see how it measures up to that other brand ;)

Hi Coldsummer - welcome to "The Party" - early days yet but will prolly get quite a few of the guys here tonight.

Seems like you are feeling the same about the AL as I do - it really is a fantastic guitar - the HH version is awesome. The one I played is now in the hands of a knucklehead and it really is soooooo good

Just listened to John Mayers cover of Hendrix's "Bold As Love"... what a great solo. We should really be listening to Lukathers Christmas album (Santamental) for this party though....

Mayer is the man but yes Lukather is more fitting here.

Not quiet here... I got Rainbow Live Onstage re-release with the 'other' gig playing nice and loud. What with Spuds beers I'm ticking along real great.. forgot how powerful they were in Dio days with Cozy banging away... great days
Time for another beer
I'll have to find that cover by Mayer..don't know that one
Cheers

I can only agree to that :). It was a black sugar / roasted neck one though!
