Well since this is rare and uber cool and since Fred is getting one soon:D:p Thought I would share a few pics. Beautiful guitar much better in person, did not intend to buy a guitar but this one talked to me:eek:

Any ways GC special Luke III, the wife said it looked like the ocean, which is a good description:cool:

Keith, sweet guitar bud... I called Robbie about an hour after you posted that they had one and told him that my "buddy" Keith gave us a heads up on a GC exclusive Luke and that I wanted to buy it. I almost fell off my stool when he said that Keith just bought it.

He said he'd try to find another and took my number, about 15 minutes later he called and said he could get another do I want it? Hell yeah, lemme give you my GC credit card number right now before this one gets snatched up. Ships out tomorrow.

Keith I think that's an excellent description, it looks like the ocean... I've lusted over other guitars painted in this scheme but never thought that EB would end up doing something like this. I found guitars from other builders and had collected photos of a couple that I was going to use as a template for a project Axis to have redone in this exact finish. I guess I won't have to go through all of that trouble now.

I can't wait for this one to show up...

Awesome, Keith! Like Fred, I'm a big fan of this finish and the LIII is my favorite model. Hope there are more available!

Awesome Fred glad Robbie could hook you up, I tried so hard to walk away but well we know how that worked out:)

Your going to love it.

Very resonant guitar in a nutshell Luke III with the transistion pups, rosewood neck, mahogany body with the thin veneer binding and a maple top.

Mine is hard to take pics of but it is one of those flamey/quilt type tops.

Now I may not be able to get a Armada right away but could not pass this up.

The JPXII is still there untouched so someone should grab it now:)
