I picked up a used 2004 Sterling through GC today. After all these years, this is the first Sterling I've owned. It's a beautiful Desert Gold with a white pearloid pg and a rosewood board and there's not a scratch on it. It must have been played quite a bit judging by the dirt on the fretboard but other than some slight fret wear and a few pickguard swirls, it's in unbelievable shape.

This baby has some bite in its sound. I'll have to see how this fits at our next gig next weekend.

The pictures don't do the color justice. The weird coloration on the body is just a reflection.

The neck is in amazing shape. I only had to clean it and give the fretboard a little Wonder Wipe treatment.

Great score, desert gold is a killer color. I had a sterling 5 that color. Where is your next show at?

Very nice! Sterling was my first Musicman. Fit like a glove the moment I picked it up and "tried it on". Great bass - congrats!

Congrats, looks like it cleans up really well, love the dark board with that great finish. Nice addition.
