Your local distributor should be able to order the part for you. If not, drop the customer service folks an email.

hmmm.......actually, contact A.J. on the Forums here, EBMM customer service. He will ship you one I am pretty sure.

It's been a good seven days since I submitted requests for assistance to my local dealer and EBMM customer service and not a response from either.

Should it really take a pm to get help?

A PM to THE customer service guy at MM headquarters would have been my first stop and surely will get you what you're needing. And FYI, these parts are not made available to dealers or the public so getting a hold of MM directly is your best bet when sourcing parts.

It might be more fruitful to reach out to them directly (or call ... which is always the quickest method, even when you live in another country), or send them another email etc. rather than post about it here, where they might not see it.

Just sayin'.
