Good Morning,

I am off to Connecticut to pick up my new Emerald Green Sparkle Luke III. It arrived last Friday, but I left for Florida that very morning for a family vacation. DuBaldo's is a little over an hour away, so it will not be long before I have the Luke. I am very much looking forward to the neck, as I love boat necks, V necks, and similar variations of the shape.

Thanks for the excellent pics, Pete!

Well, I can confirm that Tollie's EB Eagle tattoo is real. No shirt/no shoes/no service.

haha - what? Normal people don't go around exposing their chests?

Thanks very much, Pete and Nick. I really enjoyed stopping by the store and meeting you guys and your Dad. I appreciate the excellent customer service and very fair ordering process (an affordable option with predictable delivery dates).

My opinion of the Luke III? I absolutely love it. I know I'm a bit of a fanboy, but trust me, it's so nice to play. I'd never played one before.

The neck shape agrees with me. Feels flatter than the Axis neck; not as chubby. The V neck is not noticeable.

The body is the most comfortable shape ever. Not an angle to be found. So, so comfortable.

The Transition pickups are wonderful. I play 80's rock, and they sound great. They are very rich and full.

This is my first non-Floyd ebmm tremolo, and I must say, I like it. The locking tuners work great, and the two posts make it very smooth.

Thank you ebmm craftsmen for selecting such a nice neck. Super nice birdseye, and I've mentioned time and again how much I love the ebmm roasted necks. The level of sparkle in the green paint is so over-the-top. It glitters even without direct light on it.

I love this thing.
