I was lucky enough to get one of these but was wondering how many were made? 1,000? 10, 000? Anyone have any info? This guitar is really the best thing out there.
EBMM usually don't release production numbers. It's not going to be common, sure, but whether that means 10 or 100 of this particular model, only EBMM know.
And welcome to the forum family! What an awesome guitar!
I've seen a thread a few years back where they disclosed the dargie run numbers iirc.
You might try contacting Customer Service (AJ) privately to see if they are willing to share that info with you.
The only thing I don't like about my luke 3, it has a 5 way pickup switch. Well, they all are useful and sound so dang good its hard to pick one to use, my strat is really lonley now.
Sweet, I knew it had to be rather low. Can't find another one for sale, or much info in general about them. Thanks so much A.J.! Probably same for th hss models too?
Welcome to the forum, Billy. What a great run that was. ebmm releases cool limited runs and we have an opportunity to order the package on the model of our choice if we place the order through a dealer within the ordering window.
The honeybust model has a mahogany body, pau ferro fretboard, and a really nice roasted birdseye maple neck, do the other luke 3 pdn's have the same features, or are each unique? Also did they make a jp6 honey burst model? I would love to get ahold of one of those too!
I've really liked the other pdn's I've seen too. Cardinal red is last one I recall. Anyone have any idea if another color will be available for the L3 soon?
Hi musicman's friends. I've got the luke III pdn 2012 too. This guitar, with these woods, sounds really better than the normal luke III. The pickups give just better sounds....HH and HSS too
