Alright - I've been a casual poster here for 4 years now. I've been loving my SBMM Silo30 since right after I joined here. Watching all of you here speak volumes of love for EBMM guitars and having test driven a few of them I hoped someday I could get myself into a made-in-the-USA EBMM guitar. Well, that day finally arrived. I found a killer deal on a MINT White Reflex (THANKS GC!) and I picked it up yesterday. I traded in a LP Studio for it as there is simply no comparison (my opinion) and I could NOT pass up this deal.

I will add some more pics at the bottom of this thread and post some thoughts.

Okay - first let me say that this is the finest instrument I've had the privilege of owning. Everything about it is perfect. Fit and finish are off the charts. Setup - perfect. All I had to do was (during a re-string with Cobalt 10's) get out the EBMM wonder wipes and go over the neck 3 or 4 times and it is now spotless. There is only one very tiny imperfection on the headstock right on the edge which is hardly noticeable. I'd definitely say this is a 9.5 out of 10. I'm waiting on the DOB from A.J. which interests me greatly as whoever the last owner was took great care of this guitar. It will be nice to know when it was made.

I simply can't believe how great a deal I scored on this. I feel like I won the lottery.

As far as the sounds go there is simply NO sound that this guitar can not make. I can go from chimey single coil to warm browny sound to off the hook metal ala the Priest and everything in between. This thing is FUN FUN FUN to play and I'm afraid my Silo30 isn't going to get much Love for a while. I've never played a guitar that feels this good...ever. Simply amazing. THANK YOU BP and EBMM for making such an amazing, inspiring instrument.
