Solderjunkie, I must say that PG makes the Dargie look really good! I've seen Tiramizu on a DDII that did not look bad but that color you found really does it justice!

Tiramisu looks fantastic on orange, red, black, silver, gold or white. It is a chameleon, just like this abalone.

So ... the green areas on the PG are not embedded green
material but the green is just optically "piped up" from the
green finish behind the PG ?

If thaz whuzzappnin, this material would be waaaaay cool
on almost any colorful bass ! I mean, it wouldn't do crap
for black, white, silver, nat'l, etc but on any sorta Crayola
colors, whoooo-hew-ooot !

I wish it was that way! It has green in the plastic, but is made more noticeable by the green paint. There is also pink and blue shimmers that would be more noticeable on a pink or blue bass.
