Yup,its the one from Boston! I had played it a few times this past year and really liked how it felt. Finally decided to go for it lol. Its been a long time since I've bought myself brand new gear instead of scouring the used market

Here's another quick low volume video I did of the Friedman. Just an incredible amp. I must note that I'm finally starting to progress in my playing now that I'm practicing fundamentals and buying/selling less, who knew lol. Description for more details

Hi Roger, I remember you being very excited about the AxeFX II for a while. What made you decide to sell it? Was there too much to tweak or did you just not like the tone? I've been thinking about getting one for some time now and I'm interested on your take.

Honestly the axe fx was a great tool. Im not going to talk it down,it is definitely the best DIGITAL solution out there. I was getting great recorded tones but had a lackluster experience when I got to practice with my friends band direct through their pa. If you keep an eye on the fractal forum you'll see ALOT of guys that end up going back to tubes, even some of the guys that have been with them since the first generation. The technology is getting there but is still missing something. Playing through the real Friedman amp was instantly grin inducing, it had that certain "magic" feel to it that only a real amp has.
I may have another axe in the future bc of the effects/quick easy recording but Ill never replace my Friedman with one.
