I friend wanted to trade this Axis super Sport MM90 for a Carl Martin OctaSwitch (which I dont use) and 13 dimarzio jumper cables (i have too many!) + $200. do you think it was a good deal?

Sounds to me like you're paying $200. Yes thats a good deal. Everything else is sunk and not even an opportunity cost.

$200 is a good deal as everyone has said. Post the serial number in the serial number thread and ask about the color there, they'll be able to give you a DOB.
