I have arthritis in my neck... and the Les Paul I owned was just too heavy. After 20 minutes of practicing and standing, my entire neck and shoulder area burn and then I get a kink in my neck that lasts all night. I am 45... it happens. So I traded a 2001 Gibson Les Paul Custom and a PRS 408 and I ended up with this BFR7 and a Signature Series Luke III with the rosewood neck. It is sunburst HSS and is freaking awesome... just blows me away that so many people seem to ignore Music Man... these guitars are just fantastic. The Luke III needed a setup so I will pick that up tomorrow afternoon.

The Music Man guitars are very light and they play and sound just amazing to me. I had never played one before I decided to try this Majesty. After I played it for a few days, I started wondering why I hadn't tried one in all these years. I watched the video below and he says that once you play a Music Man, you get bitten and are a Music Man Zombie from then on!

Here is a pic I found of a Luke III like the one I bought.

Welcome to the forum. You sure picked a couple of beautiful ebmms!

The flame top on that BFR sucks! (that means I love it)

Man I wish the Luke III in sunburst was in the UK. I am considering ordering one but the BBlue is probably what I'll end up with.

I ended up having to take the Luke III back and exchange it for the HH. I suspect that this issue was from hanging in the store for so long but I had 2 tech's tell me that it needed a fret job. The frets were screwed up from the 14th fret up.
