Anyone else out there dead excited to get a maple neck Luke?!

I can't find any photos of the maple neck likes yet, any idea as to when they'll be released BP?

That's wierd, when I saw a picture of a JP with pearl shild inlays I thought: "Oh well, they'll look even better with black dots as a contrast to the light-colored fretboard", and when I saw that one, I went: "Actually, the fretboard is too dark for black dots, it's definitely better with the pearl shields"...

Now I'm confused, and can't make up my mind... :roll eyes:

Good thing I can't afford one anyways

I'm really excited to get my Luke III, too. That's my favorite model and I love the roasted maple necks. I can't wait to have a roasted fretboard!

Waiting on my Luke III PDN as well. Super excited! Can't wait for the roasted maple goodness! I'm not expecting it to show up until the end of next month though, but you never know.

I have a Luke III on order but I went with the rosewood fretboard on roasted maple neck. I liked that combo better in the preview pick.

Luke 2 BFR! with maple neck/f.board, stainless steel frets, and I've asked for it to be tuned to Eb for some serious string bending and vibrato madness!
