Photos are never a hijack! And yes, my guitar is the GC Special Edition with the coil tap.

Tim O'Sullivan - I bought the guitar in Fairfax, so I hear you on the humidity issue!

Update: I pulled the Little Al out of the case a few minutes ago, and the buzzing is actually spread across the third fret, it's just more noticeable on the low E, and the action is now too high for my liking. I'll call Music Man later this week after I see how the Little Al handles rehearsal... plus I'm waiting on the serial number thread to get the guitar's birthday. :)

GC in fairfax?

right down the road from me. :) Your band play in DC ever?

I hate to admit it, but the AL shape is growing on me.

+1

I have no doubt that these guitars have awesome playability. Since I've seen models with brighter colors it kinda grows a little on me but the body design still bugs me how it doesn't go well with the headstock. Nevertheless it'd be great to get to try one.

The shape of the AL doesn't really appeal to me but after hearing my band mates AL I have to say the sound of it is incredible.
