Hi!
I'd like to know everything about my stingray that I don't already know. Serial is 43126. It's black with a maple neck(I believe) and a rosewood fretboard. Don't know about the body wood.
Thanks in advance!

I recently bought used Sting Ray , that looks brand new , it is SR with 4 strings , Sunburst body , transparet pickup cover and rosewood grif ... But i think that transparent pickup cover and a Hipshot D-tuner machine head are not original .Serial no is 42259 and i couldn't find it on MUsicmanbass.org , so i'm interested in finding out the production date of my MMSR and what kind of wood is used for a body.... thank' a lot ...42259

September 4th, 1992 ...hard to say but the best guess would be Poplar or Ash.

Hello: My name is Scott and this is my first post here. I just purchased a brand new Stingray Classic from a local store here in Ontario, Canada..Anyways this is my first Stingray..have a few other basses and spend a lot of time on other forums (RRF)...anyways I,m really enjoying this Stingray and it is brand new however it was at the store for quite some time. It's mint green with a white pick guard and a beautiful figured maple neck. I've been told that it might be a 2011 or 2012 because this color is not offered anymore. It really doesn't matter what year it is because it's still brand new and gorgeous, but here's the serial number so I do have an idea...B052428....thanks

Hi, I am looking at possibly buying a left handed lined fretless stingray. I believe it's 2007. Serial number is L03824. Please could you confirm the date of manufacture?

Many thanks!
