There is an Autumn Sunrise Silo Spec on Reverb.com that is freakin' beautiful. It's not full on SPARKLE, but it's definitely got a little bit of sparkle to it.

Ok so Blue and Purple seem to be the leaders, but what shade?

Here are a couple of color samples I found/borrowed.

The purple is very cool, personally I've always wanted a blue sparkle guitar, my favorite color from the initial sparkle finish run is the Midnight Blue Sparkle, I once bought a Sterling bass from Rex (great guy to work with by the way), I was curious about the bass and I really dug the color, it was even more awesome in person. On a side note, it was Mike Greene at a JP event at the Dubaldo's place that made the comment to me that the Sterling bass seems like the guitarist's bass. After having one for a while, I'd have to agreed with that statement.

I have a feeling that not many instruments were ever made in this color, I say this as I've only seen the above bass and I'm not sure if Ernie had finally tracked down a JP in this color.

Is love to see a natural sparkle. Something that would go from clear wood to super sparkly depending on the light. That would be awesome!

Stratty, I was just thinking this might be cool, a trans top with a clear/opalescent sparkle finish, that would be very funky, that's for sure, very unique that's for sure.

I saw that, but there is a large crack in the neck plate and in the finish and it does not look like a stress crack.

I'm not a huge sparkle fan, but my vote would have to be purple. I really want a purple AL.

It's a real pity about the damage on that redrise SS, or I'd be all over it.

Jammin, yah agreed, but I'm sure the guitar is still really nice. I had thought about getting it, however, I don't need it, so I passed on it.

They have the color incorrect, it's a Autumn Redburst, not Autumn Redrise, I've owed the Autumn Redrise JP that Pete Dubaldo had.
