I just picked up a JP6 with serial number: G66485

Can you provide me a production date please. Also wanted to share a picture of the suprise I found when I opened the Electronics cover. Wow was my first thought and then there were some swear words followed by some OMG-ing and then quiet realization that this could either be really bad or maybe, just maybe kinda cool. TBD.

The guitar was completed on July 27th, 2001. The specs are identical to what you see on our website for the Steve Morse model: Steve Morse

That is definitely not stock wiring! Appears to be some sort of an attempt at hum canceling although I'm not sure why unless its been rewired to allow for single coils.

In any event, when it was completed in our factory on March 29th, 2013 it definitely wasn't wired like that!
