One of my Sterlings (bought pre-loved) came with aftermarket black knobs and didn't include the originals. I'd like to replace them with original parts, and wondered if anyone knew a source/part number that is an exact match to original stock parts?

Thanks. It's not a warranty covered thing, and I didn't see the knobs in the Ernie Ball parts catalog so figured that might not be the appropriate route.

Well, it is. If it exists then they will get it to you at a verry reasonable price.

Go no further, CS is your answer.

I recently purchased a set of chrome knobs (amongst many other things) for me SR5 through EBMM and the process was painless and pleasurable. So much so I did it all a second time! They are great.

Thanks. I just sent an email.

Also, I just found this in the FAQ thread here: http://forums.ernieball.com/music-man-basses/2900-usual-questions-search-function.html

So, as penance, and for others that may stumble to this thread, I will now scold myself publicly: "Self, you're a dummy! Use search!"

Thanks Music Man pals!

LOL. Customer service is one of the things that makes EBMM great. They take it seriously. It's refreshing, and one of the reasons I wil, always own one (or many more) of their basses. :)
