Thank you It is more blue than purple, they have done such a great job though of capturing that blueberry colour where it has little hints of a purple colour in some lights. I did use the flash on the photos though to bring out the flame in the top

Wonderful ... how is the sound, feel, and playability?

It sounds and feels fantastic, it has a very organic sound compared to the Luke. This is the first time I've managed to play a guitar with the roasted neck and it feels so smooth. This is the first guitars I have bought brand new in a while and straight out of the box it plays superb, especially given the trip from the U.S. to Australia lol

Yes they sound fantastic. I still really like the EMG's in the Luke, but these are something else lol

Thank you blue guitars look awesome, I was torn between this one and the hazel burst because of the Bahama blue burst finish on my Luke. I really like though the intricate line where the flame top meets the alder body.
