I just recently purchased a JP7 BFR online. Everything about the guitar is great except i cant figure out the trem. The arm is not going in all the way. Only seems to go in between 1/8th to 1/4th of an inch. Is it the wrong arm? or is there some other issue? Thank you.

Contact the guy you bought it from on line and ask him about it. Either way new/old you can just contact Customer Service. Was the arm in the guitar when it arrived?

I got it from a fairly reputable online dealer. I was planning on getting a hold of them tomorrow but seeing if i can get some help before that. The guitar was purchased new. The trem arm was not in the guitar, it was in an envelope with two extra trem springs and the keys for the case. Thanks.

Just push it in. Requires some pressure. First-timers are sometimes afraid to push it in hard enough. If you still have problems read these two threads but particularly the linked posts (by drewbixcubed and spudmurphy)...

Thank you. I got it in. Guess I was a little scared of messing something up so i didnt want to jam it in too hard.

I get those calls quite often. It is a common concern.
