First "unlimited production" signature amp, yea.

I dig the idea, it's basically a 2C+ re-issue with 2 EQs for added versatility. I'm keen on pairing one with my Mark IV.

o_O

I would also keep staring at it till I have 5% battery left in my phone :)

On hindsight, '2C+ re-issue' is incorrect; it's an amp designed around JP's preferences, that also happens to be based on the Mark 2C+ sound/design.

This is the amp that the original Mark V should have been but wasn't. The everything including the kitchen sink method made channel 2 on the Mark V useless. No one I knew liked that channel. It was muddy and almost impossible to get anything nice out of it. The clone channels 2&3 on the new JP amp is brilliant.

Since it is tax season and my tax return is coming in I am thinking of ordering this amp . Any guesses on how this amp would be for someone in a cover band covering many different styles of music . It just seems like it's going to be a great amp .

Every MB amp is very versatile, even Rectifiers.
