Hi everyone,

I bought a Majesty early February and my dealer is in the UK while I am in France, and I have troubles contacting him. Anyway, since every time I reach him to get a heads up on the guitar he just "calls musicman", so right now I am just looking for someone I can write to in order to get info on where is my guitar : finished/shipped/etc .

Do any of you know who I should contact ?

Have a nice day !

If you ordered in February I'd be pleasantly surprised if you had it already, six months is normal. Keep dealing with your store, your contract of sale is with them. They in turn order via the UK distributors (Strings and Things UK) who in turn deal with the factory.

Thank you for your response.

The problem is the guy taking care of me at the store keeps telling me the guitar should be here (at the store) in a few days, and then does not answer for two weeks. I'm ok with having to wait even months, but it's annoying to get such expectations and then nothing, that is why I would have liked info directly coming from someone who actually knows, and thus get up the chain of information.

Anyway, I'll wait patiently :) thanks again !

Don't wait too long. I had a similar situation with a guitar dealer in the US. It turned out the dealer had cash flow issues and hadn't ordered my guitar for months, even though I'd paid for it. I had to get the manufacturer involved in the end. It is not unreasonable to expect a firm date and if anyone is telling you otherwise they really aren't trying hard enough. Good luck!
