Rarely see this Stingray and bass head in the same room at the same time! What a combination! :D

Ditto. I run a SVT-VR through a NV610 and I always get asked why I didn't get the matching Ampeg cab instead. I always laugh and tell them they wouldn't understand unless they heard the two cabs side by side. It's no contest, the Bergantino is much tighter sounding. It also helps that it's almost 50 lbs lighter and it fits in the back seat of my car easily. The NV cabs are the perfect complement to an all tube head.

Wow, I am sorry BP, but my eyes are going to the V8, my dream head, although I will never play in Football stations large enough to justify the sheer power of it, I want one badly..

And yes, the 'Ray is a beauty as well..

Well, the head is a Trace Elliot V8, the top-of-the-line, made just before Gibson took over Trace Elliot. 'Legend' goes that no more then 75 were made, and it's quite hard to get your hands on one..

I could not agree more about the Bergantino cabinets. They are amazing! I used to lug around 2 bass cabinets for the "stack", but just the 1 HT322 with 800 watts @4ohms is plenty for me.

Back to the main part of the thread: The NAMM Stingray:
It is an amazing bass! I do have a shameless plug: I just listed it in the For Sale forum. I'm just not using it like I should. Need to thin the herd a little. I'm sure someone here would use it properly though!

Double teaser:
