Question 1/4 stereo to 2- 1/4 monos?

anybody know a good source to find a 15-20 foot
1/4"male stereo to 2-1/4" mono males?
its for a petrucci guit with piezo,want to split out to 2 amps.
one clean one dirty

I'm not sure if your application requires one cable, but a lot of guys like to use a splitter box to go to 2 amps with the JP.
